Shipping policy

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. 

Unless its a made to order product, all orders are typically dispatched in 2-3 working days of placing the order. 

Domestic Deliveries are sent via standard delivery which may take 2-3 working days in Metros and 4-5 working days in Non-metro regions. In case you need your order urgently, please get in touch with us and we shall attempt to expedite your order which may or may not require extra charges. 

International Deliveries: Orders are typically dispatched in 3-5 working days. The orders are sent via India Post and take about 15-21 working days for delivery. Delivery times may increase in case of any extra checks at the customs which are completely outside our control.

In case any duty is charged by customs for any reason whatsoever, the same shall be paid by the recipient and Kasturo Heritage will not be liable to reimburse the same.

We DO NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on deliveries.
