Refund policy

We are sorry you are looking for the return policy. We provide a 7-day return policy. We do not offer a refund but a credit note will be issued which can be used anytime up to 1 year from the date of issue.

If any products are missing & or damaged in your order, please reach us within 48 hours of delivery on our customer care number. 

Customers are requested to pay for return shipping, and this charge will be deducted from the amount of the credit note. 

To qualify for a return : 

  • A return request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • All tags must be intact, and the items must not be used. Original packaging should be retained. 
  • The invoice, packing, and tags must all be intact.
